Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using TAMNA (the “Service”), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Service provider.

Article 2 (The Service)

The Service provides a free online board game playable in a web browser, with supporting features (practice mode, friends, chat, leaderboard, replays, etc.). The Service may change as operations require.

Article 3 (Accounts)

  • Accounts are created with an email or social sign-in and must be managed by the user.
  • Nicknames may not impersonate others or contain offensive expressions.
  • Users may delete their account at any time in Settings; upon deletion, personal data such as the profile, friends, match-record snapshots, and chat messages are deleted.

Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)

  • Chat or nicknames that offend others — abuse, hate, discrimination, harassment, etc.
  • Unfair play using bugs or automation tools, or disrupting Service operations
  • Stealing other users’ accounts or collecting personal information

Violations may lead to chat restrictions, account suspension, and similar measures. Users can report inappropriate chat or block other users.

Article 5 (Intellectual property & content)

Rights to the Service’s graphics, names, and software belong to the Service provider. Users are responsible for content they create, such as chat messages.

Article 6 (Advertising)

To keep the Service free, ads may be displayed on parts of the screen.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Service is provided “as is”. Absent intent or gross negligence, the provider is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or server failures, or for loss of in-game progress data.

Article 8 (Changes to the terms)

Changes to these terms are announced in the Service before they take effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Article 9 (Governing law)

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
